The Alchemy of the Heart: From the Invisible Child to Indestructible Lovel

For 30 years, I served as a spiritual mentor, helping women navigate the boundaries of self-love. Yet, behind the scenes, my own body was a repository for a past I couldn’t outrun—carrying the silent weight of cPTSD, dyslexia, and heavy metal toxicity, I was a friendly ghost, living in a fortress of frozen grief and self-abandonment.

Before I started working with Juana, I had been feeling unwell for a long time. Years ago I worked in an Airport, under the terminal, where I was exposed to heavy metals, toxic fumes and an overall unhealthy work environment. I had developed debilitating migraines and lung issues. There had also been an addiction to methamphetamines prior to that. It created a cascade of health issues, that became more problematic with time. Allergies, headaches/migraines, weight problems, mood shifts, hot flashes even before menopause, to name a few.
